No prior knowledge is needed — just come with an open mind and a desire to feel great.

Whether you're new to Pilates or returning to your practice, my studio is your space - for movement, growth but most importantly for connection.

 

Join me to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being in a supportive and inspiring environment by the sea.

Reformer - FLOW

This class is slightly more slow paced whereas we focus on the precise flow of movements, breath work & core strength transitions between each move. This is also the perfect beginner class as it's based on a more slow & controlled workout.

Reformer - CLASSIC

This class is based on the basic introduction techniques of classic Reformer Pilates.  This is the perfect beginner class where you will learn the basics to get you started.

Reformer - POWER

This class is an intense class where we really work out hard.  We focus on high intensity power moves & core strength.  This is a class for more intermediate students or those looking to have an intense work out.  You need to join at least 5 classic classes before joining this power reformer class.

Reformer - TOWER

This class is a slightly more intense class but it's also really good for beginner students.  We focus a lot of flexibility & core strength.  I highly suggest to join at least 2-3 classic classes before joining this class.
